3. Our Services

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due as specified in your order agreement.
  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment through approved methods, including credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.
  • Incomplete or delayed payments may affect service delivery timelines.

5. Revisions Policy

  • Each service package includes a specific number of revisions as outlined in your order.
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the initial delivery.
  • Revisions apply only to meet the original project requirements.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: Full refunds are available if the project has not started. Partial refunds may apply if work has commenced.
  • Incompetent Delivery: If the delivered work does not meet documented project requirements, and after all revision options are exhausted.
  • Late Delivery: Refunds may be considered if delivery delays are solely due to the Company’s fault.

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of order delivery. A processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is greater) applies to all refunds. Refunds may take 5 to 15 days to process.

7. Returns Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, returns are not accepted on fulfilled orders.
  • If quality standards are not met, we offer a thorough internal review and revisions at no additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, all created content, designs, and assets become the property of the customer.
  • The Company reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services provided.

  • Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.
